I – Preamble
Article I.
All members of Elite Circle of Men will adhere to the following Code of Ethics.
II - General Values Article I. Members of the group will operate and conduct their affairs based on the following values.
Section i. All members shall conduct their affairs with honesty and integrity.
Section ii. All members shall act with professionalism in all areas of activity.
Section iii. All members shall follow the laws put forth in the charter and all other external documents.
Section iv. All members shall conduct their affairs with the best interests of the group in mind.
Section v. All members shall treat their fellow members with respect on all mediums of communication.
III – Internal Specific Values
Article I. Members of the group will adhere to the following internal values.
Section i. All members agree to hold in confidence any alliance specific information they receive.
Section ii. All members agree to refrain from revealing group created guides to external parties.
Section iii. All members agree to use the group-sanctioned forums for its designed purpose.
IV – GROUP POLICY
Article I.
Members of the group will adhere to the following group policy
Section i. GROUP MESSAGE
Everyone is expected to send 50 group messages per week. A member must inform any of the officers if in case he will not be able to comply to this policy. A member who fails to abide to our GM policy may be removed from the group depending on the scenario and validity of reason/s.
a)1st offense- Verbal Warning b
)2nd offense- Stern Waning
c)3rd offense- Termination
Section ii. ASSEMBLY (GEB)
Elite Circle of Men will hold a monthly Official Assembly which will be rolled out by the officers at least two weeks before the date. A member must inform any of the officers if he will not be able to attend an official assembly. A member who fails to attend more than 2 official assemblies may be removed from the group depending on the scenario and reason/s. Any assembly that will be rolled out less than 2 weeks before the date will be considered unofficial, thus, this policy is not applied.
Section iii. BEHAVIOR
All of the members are given equal right to express themselves in anyway they want so long as it's not making a negative impact to the organization and its members. The Officers may coach a member who will make any negative actions and may remove a member from the group depending on the scenario and reason/s. The Officers are responsible to take the members opinion towards the issue first before coming up with a decision.
a)1st offense- Verbal Warning
b)2nd offense- 30-Day Suspension
c)3rd offense- Termination
Section iv. LEAVE
Every member is entitled for a week of leave every three months with a maximum of two weeks depending on the validity of reason. Approval/Disapproval will be the officers' discretion after an evaluation. After the predefined leave of absence, a member will be automatically added back to the GM list. Maximum of 5 members only per month is allowed. Note: A new member can file for a leave on his second month of membership.
*NO EXTENSIONS OF LEAVE
Section v. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Failure to comply to any of the policies stated above is a valid ground for termination. An assessment will be done by the officers before coming up with a decision. Officers' decision is FINAL. Once a member is terminated or has decided to quit, he can no longer return or reapply for membership.
This policy has been designed to assure that the organization meets its responsibilities and complies with its internal guidelines in making termination decisions.
